Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Deputy Manager role based in Faridabad. The Deputy Manager will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks, and team collaboration to achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing financial information for decision-making, and supporting the team in achieving business targets. The role also involves mentoring and guiding team members and ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in client relationship management and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, decision-making, and managing investment portfolios.
  • Team leadership and mentorship skills to ensure effective collaboration and performance achievement.
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment, with multitasking and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial services, investment banking, or wealth management is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
