As an Assistant/Deputy Manager at Avon Tubetech, your role will involve overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products. You will be responsible for handling customer complaints, analyzing defects related to customer complaints, and preparing countermeasures (CAPA) to resolve quality issues. Your duties will also include maintaining CCR updation in the Register, discussing actions with concerned persons for implementation, preparing Supplier TDC, and managing QMS MIS and PPM graphs as per the monthly plan. Additionally, you will handle customer audits and compliances, supervise inspectors, technicians, and other staff, provide guidance and feedback, oversee product development procedures, inspect final output, compare properties to requirements, approve the right products, reject defectives, keep accurate documentation, perform statistical analysis, submit detailed reports to appropriate executives, and identify opportunities for improvement while developing new efficient procedures. Qualifications: - B.
