Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven 
Regional Sales Manager
 to lead our sales operations. This role is pivotal in expanding our market share, strengthening our brand presence, and driving sustainable business growth in the region.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in sales management within the 
LPG, natural gas, or related industries
 and will be responsible for driving strategy, building strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a 
    comprehensive sales strategy
     for the territory, aligning with market opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue 
    new business opportunities
    , including untapped markets.
  • Build and maintain 
    strong relationships
     with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare 
    quotations and technical offers
     tailored to customer requirements.
  • Understand client needs and recommend 
    customized solutions
     to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct 
    sales visits, presentations, and negotiations
     to close deals and maintain visibility.
  • Present 
    regular sales reports
     with insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with 
    company policies and ethical standards
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
     in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Proven experience in 
    sales management within LPG, natural gas, or related industries
    , with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent 
    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    .
  • Strong 
    strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    .
  • Willingness to travel
     within the territory.
