Banking and Financial Institutions Group (BFIG) specializes in offering tailored banking services to Financial Global Capability Centres Clients (GCCs), driving business growth and fostering long-term relationships.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Relationship Management
•Identify and acquire new Financial GCC clients to expand the Bank's client portfolio.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial GCC clients and their parent companies.
•Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their transaction flows, regular banking needs, select corporate borrowing requirements, treasury services (forex), financial surplus deployment methods like TDs etc. and coordinate to provide Corporate Salary solutions of the Bank.
2. Portfolio Management
•Manage a portfolio of high-value GCC clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
•Regularly monitor the portfolio to maintain quality, mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
3. Strategic Collaboration
•Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, treasury, credit and risk) to craft specialized solutions for GCC clients.
4. Presentation to Senior Management
•Gather market insights, develop strategies and update on business growth to senior management of the Bank.
5. Market Research and Intelligence
•Stay abreast of trends and developments in the Financial GCCs to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges.
Qualifications
MBA/CA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance/Banking.
years of experience in corporate banking, trade finance & cash management with expertise in handling asset-light multinational / domestic corporates.
3. Comprehensive understanding of the banking products like FX, trade, liability accounts and basic credit products.
4. Strong business development skills to break into sticky clients with a proven track record of achieving targets.
5. Sound communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
