Role Overview
Position: Senior Associate - Sales
Location: Hyderabad & Vizag
Team: Sales
What You'll Own:
-Generating leads from the addressable markets.
-Understand the EV charging pain points in gated communities and cater to a tailor-made solution for the RWAs.
-Fixing and attending valid meetings in a daily, weekly, and monthly manner to achieve the targets given.
-Assessing the infrastructure requirements to install Bolt.Earth chargers by conducting a detailed site assessment.
-Promote our line of chargers, install, and generate revenue from Builders and RWAs (Resident Welfare Associations).
-Maintain relationships with past closures to upsell to them.
What You Bring:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
-3-4 years of experience in Builder/RWA/Residential/Real estate sales/ FMCG products/ EV charging background
-Prior sales background in the Builder/RWA / EV Charging products / OEM experience sales segment preferred
-Should come with good connections with Builders and gated communities.
