Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients for the company's IT services and consulting solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive B2B landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 6-10 years of experience in corporate sales or enterprise sales with a focus on B2B IT services & consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new clients through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/Cloud-based technologies and their applications in various industries (BFSI, Retail etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
