Position Overview

We are hiring a Finance & Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations, compliance, budgeting, and cash-flow management. The role requires strong experience in managing multi-project accounts, vendor payments, GST, banking operations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accounting & Financial Management

  2. Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, ledger maintenance, reconciliation).

  3. Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet.
  4. Oversee invoicing, billing, and payment collections from customers.

  5. Maintain accurate project-wise costing and profitability statements.

  6. GST, Taxation & Compliance

  7. Handle GST filing, TDS, tax returns, and statutory compliance (ROC/IT/GST).

  8. Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and financial review.

  9. Ensure proper documentation for PM Surya Ghar subsidy claims and financial audits.

  10. Banking, Loans & Financial Coordination

  11. Manage bank operations: OD limits, BGs, loan processing, vendor payments, EMI coordination.

  12. Liaise with banks/NBFCs for consumer finance tie-ups and disbursement tracking.

  13. Prepare and manage fund-flow forecasts and working-capital planning.

  14. Internal Controls & SOP Implementation

  15. Maintain strong internal controls and approval processes for expenses and procurement.

  16. Implement finance policies, credit control, and due diligence for vendors/partners.

  17. Monitor cash management, petty cash, and monthly reconciliations.

  18. Team Management & Cross-Department Collaboration

  19. Lead and train the finance/accounts team.

  20. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Documentation & SCM teams for project billing, purchase orders, and payment cycles.
  21. Support management with data-driven insights and financial analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA/M.Com/CA (Inter) with specialization in Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably EPC, manufacturing, or service industry).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, GST, MIS reporting, and project accounting.
  • Excellent understanding of banking processes and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
