Account Intern

Location:
Pahala, Bhubaneswar

Duration:
Minimum 6 months

Stipend:
Basic minimum stipend

What you'll do:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
  • Manage Tally entries, invoices, and expense records
  • Support GST/TDS documentation & coordination
  • Work closely with project & ops teams for financial updates
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records
  • Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for financial documentation
  • Support monthly reports and audits as required
  • Prepare and manage client quotations in coordination with the sales team.
  • Follow up with clients once leads are generated by the sales team.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to support business development.
  • Coordinate with sundry creditors suppliers to follow up on pending materials and place orders for required items.
  • Collaborate with the site manager to identify material requirements for ongoing projects, list down the necessary items, and share details with the finance team for further processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, quotations, and purchase follow ups.

Who you are:

  • B.Com / M.Com / Finance background (student or fresher)
  • Knows the basics of
    Tally + Excel
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and eager to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • Good communication and accountability
  • Based in or open to working from
    Pahala
