Business Development Intern (Onsite/Hybrid) – Bhubaneswar

**Location: Bhubaneswar

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month + Incentives

Duration: 3 Months (Full-time opportunity based on performance)

About the Role:**
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Interns to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development activities in the HR, Staffing, RPO, and Software domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and generate new business leads

Follow up with potential clients and maintain client relationships

Support the sales and account management team

Assist in client coordination, proposal follow-ups, and data management

Work closely with management to identify business opportunities and strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:
BBA or MBA (Sales, Marketing, or HR specialization preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Eligibility:
Open to current students or recent graduates (BBA/MBA, Batch 2023–2024)

Only local candidates from Bhubaneswar will be considered

Selection Process:
