Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Bhubaneswar. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, monitoring account performance, creating tailored solutions, identifying opportunities for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Account and Client Management skills, including building and maintaining relationships and handling customer queries effectively.
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering collaboration.
- Analytical skills to monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Time Management and Organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software is desired.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in account management or client services is a plus.
