Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, including stationery, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Handle travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Support HR in maintaining attendance, employee records, and induction formalities.
  • Assist management with drafting letters, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
  • Handle petty cash, bill payments, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach.

Preferred Profile:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional approach.
  • Prior experience in admin/office management preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
