
Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including stationery, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Handle travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support HR in maintaining attendance, employee records, and induction formalities.
- Assist management with drafting letters, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.
- Handle petty cash, bill payments, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and proactive approach.
Preferred Profile:
- Female candidates only.
- Pleasant personality with a professional approach.
- Prior experience in admin/office management preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
