Freelance Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

Blink Theory is looking for a freelance Business Development Executive to help us bring in new clients and close deals for our video editing and content services.

This is a
commission-based role
with flexible working hours — ideal for self-driven sales professionals, freelancers, or students with strong communication skills.

What you'll do:

  • Find and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, email, or cold outreach
  • Pitch Blink Theory's video editing and content services
  • Qualify leads and close deals independently or with our support
  • Coordinate handover once a client is closed
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat commissions
