Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and managing the entire sales cycle. Key duties include building strong client relationships, managing accounts, creating strategies for lead generation, and presenting logistics solutions to clients. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and supporting the organization's business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
  • Strong abilities in Account Management and building lasting client relationships
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in sales or the logistics/transportation sector is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
