Job Description As our Business Development Executive your main responsibility will be:   Being customer-obsessed and ensuring that the clients are happy with the services provided & act as the best promoters of our brand through WOM, brand social media handles, and other promotional activities Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same Meeting the client's F2F, interacting, and gaining detailed knowledge about their business, identifying the key areas of improvement, and developing new customer insights Growing the existing business and new customer acquisitions from North Region Achieve growth and hit sales targets Deliver the core organizational KPIs Coordinating with internal teams including pre-sales, Ops, customer service and commercial team for completing the sales cycle successfully Work closely with Leadership on planning and executing on the valuable market insights Strategizing our growth plans on the basis of local market requirements Cultural fit to us We are one of the most people-centric start-ups and we would love to see if you possess the following:   Drive to take initiatives with a deep sense of responsibility Comfortable with ambiguity and quick changes Super curious nature and ask the right questions People and team orientation while solving any problems Technology-first approach and solution-based thinking And yes, we love food lovers and sports enthusiasts in our teamEducation/Experience Experience: 1+ years Previous Roles: Sales Executive, Field Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Executive
