We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Consultant- B2B to join our team at GoKite Tours. The ideal candidate will handle airline ticket bookings, fare calculations, cancellations, and reissuances with accuracy and efficiency. This role plays a critical part in ensuring clients receive smooth and cost-effective travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings through GDS platforms (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets as per airline policies and client requests.

Provide clients with fare quotes, travel options, and alternate routes to suit budget and preference.

Keep track of airline promotions, special fares, and group booking offers.

Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests, or dispute resolutions.

Ensure proper documentation and maintain records of all bookings in internal systems.

Work closely with holiday consultants, visa teams, and reservations staff to ensure end-to-end travel support.

Update clients on changes in travel policies, flight schedules.

Manage travel insurance issuance and flight-related add-on services when applicable.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in ticketing or travel Sales

Proficiency in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is mandatory.

Good understanding of fare structures, IATA rules, and airline terms.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Strong communication skills in English (regional language knowledge is a plus).
