Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first line of support for all IT incidents, requests, and inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard applications (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
  • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems.
  • Assist in hardware/software deployment, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Log all issues in the service desk system, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, and timely resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams and track progress until closure.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational policies.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
