IT Service Desk Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first line of support for all IT incidents, requests, and inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard applications (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, and other systems.
- Assist in hardware/software deployment, upgrades, and patch management.
- Log all issues in the service desk system, ensuring proper categorization, prioritization, and timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams and track progress until closure.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and organizational policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17, ₹25,000.00 per month
