Job Title: Sales Executive – Farm Plot & Plot Sales (Real Estate)

Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore (with frequent site visits to Hesaraghatta, Chikkaballapur & Bangalore outskirts)
CTC: ₹3 – 5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience Required: 3 – 10 years (minimum 4 years in hardcore farm plot/plot sales)

Fortune One is a growing real estate company in Bangalore, specializing in premium farm plots and plotted development projects like Esha Vana (Hesaraghatta) and Vistaa (Chikkaballapur). We are looking for passionate and driven Sales Executives to expand our sales team and deliver strong results in the farm plot segment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales for farm plots and plotted development projects across Bangalore outskirts.
- Identify, engage, and convert potential buyers through client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations, deal closures, and post-sales client coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain lead data, sales records, and provide regular reporting to management.
- Support marketing campaigns and participate in property events/exhibitions.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of sales experience, with minimum 4 years in farm plot/plot sales (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation, client-handling, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore outskirts for site visits.
