Sales Executive – Brimbus

Location: Coffee Board of India, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Type: Full-time (In person)

Work Schedule: Includes Saturday and Sunday weekly off

About the role

Brimbus seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive (aka Work Hunter) to drive growth across branding, design, and digital services. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior decision-makers are essential.

Must-have highlights

  • Excellent communication, persuasive presentation, and negotiation ability
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales/business development experience (B2B & B2C), ideally in a branding/design/digital agency
  • Availability to attend on Saturdays if any client meetings

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and meet revenue goals
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Build relationships with leading marketing and advertising agencies (India & abroad)
  • Craft and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and capability presentations
  • Represent Brimbus at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Track market trends and competitor moves; adapt strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and reports across the full sales cycle

Requirements

  • 3+ years in business development or sales (B2B ), preferably in a branding/design/digital agency environment
  • Strong knowledge of branding, web development, social media, and performance marketing
  • Proven track record managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, professional, and flexible to work beyond standard hours when required
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
  • Language: English (Required)
  • Licence: Valid Driving Licence (Required)

Compensation

  • Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
  • Incentives: Sales Target Achievement Incentives up to 5% of total sales achieved
