Sales Executive – Brimbus
Location: Coffee Board of India, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-time (In person)
Work Schedule: Includes Saturday and Sunday weekly off
About the role
Brimbus seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive (aka Work Hunter) to drive growth across branding, design, and digital services. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior decision-makers are essential.
Must-have highlights
- Excellent communication, persuasive presentation, and negotiation ability
 - Minimum 3+ years of sales/business development experience (B2B & B2C), ideally in a branding/design/digital agency
 - Availability to attend on Saturdays if any client meetings
 
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and meet revenue goals
 - Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients
 - Build relationships with leading marketing and advertising agencies (India & abroad)
 - Craft and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and capability presentations
 - Represent Brimbus at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
 - Track market trends and competitor moves; adapt strategies accordingly
 - Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and reports across the full sales cycle
 
Requirements
- 3+ years in business development or sales (B2B ), preferably in a branding/design/digital agency environment
 - Strong knowledge of branding, web development, social media, and performance marketing
 - Proven track record managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 - Self-driven, professional, and flexible to work beyond standard hours when required
 - Education: Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
 - Language: English (Required)
 - Licence: Valid Driving Licence (Required)
 
Compensation
- Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
 - Incentives: Sales Target Achievement Incentives up to 5% of total sales achieved
