Marketing Executive

Job Description Marketing

It revolves around building and scouting for clients, capturing insights from clients/ competition/ users to incorporate that into building new products for the co, program managing key projects for the co and delivering results.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Defining & delivering the sustainable packaging roadmap aligned with the global category & local teams.
  • Develop the business strategy and explore all channels to target clients in E-Comm, Food tech, Retail, Parcel & Logistics and all other relevant industries applicable

Required Skills:

  • Scouting and building client relationships for all packaging products
  • Consultative approach to understand client requirements and suggesting appropriate packaging solutions to them
  • Generate cold leads and organize meeting for Sales team
  • Hunting and farming for small and big clients across industries viz. E-Comm, Food tech, Retail, Parcel & Logistics
  • Willingness to learn or having working knowledge on a range of packaging materials
  • Working knowledge or Fully Operational expertise on packaging formats.
  • Understanding of the packaging development process
  • Working with the executive team, such as the marketing director or managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness and reporting findings
  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party agencies

Salary: 25k-40k/ month CTC + performance based bonus/ incentive
