Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and a drive to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client delivery.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Requirements
 Graduate (any discipline).
 2+ years of B2B business development/sales experience.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
 Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
