
Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Convert incoming online leads into qualified opportunities and close deals.
Actively prospect, pitch, and build new customer relationships across industries (builders, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, corporates).
Present and explain Powerind Green's EPC offerings (Solar PV, BESS, EV Infra, Clean Energy Solutions) to potential clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with the technical and operations team to prepare proposals, site surveys, and project documentation.
Stay updated on solar industry policies, DISCOM approvals, and market trends in Karnataka and across India.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in sales (preferably renewable energy, EPC, real estate, or industrial B2B sales).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-driven, energetic, and motivated to meet ambitious sales targets.
Comfort with field sales, site visits, and travel within Karnataka (and occasionally pan-India).
Basic knowledge of solar power/renewable energy solutions is a plus, but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits:
CTC Range (Industry Norm, Solar EPC – Bangalore): ₹3.2 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA fixed + performance-based incentives (on closed projects).
