Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Associate / Sales Executive with hands-on experience in selling farmland or farm-villa plots. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company's farmland and farm-villa projects.
  • Generate leads through various channels — online, referrals, and field activities.
  • Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide detailed project presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in farmland or villa projects.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle clients with professionalism and deliver a high-quality buying experience.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
