Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support department heads in drafting job descriptions and tracking hiring needs.
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and maintain joining documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement ideas, cultural events, and team-building activities.
  • Act as a support contact for basic employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Help maintain attendance, leave, and payroll support records.
  • Assist in performance review data collection and feedback documentation.
  • Update and organize HR records, policies, and compliance files.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Good organizational and problem-solving attitude
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws (preferred)
