Sales Support Executive - FIB, Mumbai – Your future Position?
As a Sales Support Executive you will be an integral part of the FIB team and provide critical support towards the same.
You will also develop an intimate understanding of Givaudan briefing and project management systems. In addition, you will actively build and maintain professional relationships with both internal teams and with account contacts.

In this role you will focus on:
- Order management
- Documentations
- Sampling: maintain inventory and timely dispatch to customers.
- Price maintenance
- Customer database management
- Co-ordination with internal and external colleagues
- Customer service
- Prepare Monthly Sales Reports (MIS)

If you possess strong administrative and communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment and possess an interest in working in a creative industry, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
Your professional profile includes:
- University degree
- At least 2-5 years' experience in a sales environment producing management information reports
- Excellent administrative and computer skills including MS Office suite, Google Mail, sheets and SAP
- You are a resourceful, reliable, independent, innovative multitasker who sees tasks and projects through to completion. Good Communication is a must.
