We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Sales Executive
to join our team, handling the
Modern Trade
channel in the
Mumbai Territory
. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in modern trade sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth, Sales & Distribution Handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Punjab territory in the Modern Trade segment.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize product distribution, visibility, and availability in key modern trade outlets.
- Execute promotional activities and trade programs to boost brand awareness and sales within modern trade stores.
- Ensure strong in-store presence by managing stock levels, product placement, and visual merchandising.
- Sales & Distribution Handling.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including large retail chains, hypermarkets, and supermarkets within the region.
- Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to drive product sales and promotions.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for market expansion and sales improvement.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on performance, achievements, and challenges faced in the market.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing and Distribution teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional activities.
- Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for the region.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Sales & Distribution Handling. - Experience:
2-3 years of experience in modern trade sales or FMCG sales in a similar role.
