About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
International Sales (USA market)
, with a strong ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals. You will play a key role in driving business growth through effective
B2B sales strategies
, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in international markets (primarily USA).
- Conduct cold calls and reach out to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
- Schedule and lead product demos and client meetings to showcase solutions.
- Develop and implement effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales opportunities successfully.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in International Sales (preferably USA market).
- Proven track record in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
