Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Surat. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing appropriate financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Relationship Manager will also be involved in cross-selling additional financial products, maintaining accurate customer records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Client Interaction skills
  • Knowledge in Financial Products, Credit Assessment, and Risk Management
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Cross-Selling
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Surat and travel as required
  • Proficiency in using CRM and other financial software systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
