Job Title: Client Servicing Lead
About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and be able to build lasting relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clients Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and establish trust through effective communication and relationship management.
- Campaign Management: Develop and oversee end-to-end digital campaigns encompassing SEO, Social Media, PPC, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Website Management.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and present detailed reports to clients.
- Strategic Planning: Continuously suggest new ideas and strategies to enhance client business growth.
- Project Completion: Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
- Key Competencies: Strong understanding of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
