Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Surat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing DMAs relationships and Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, providing financial advice, processing loan applications, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Interaction with a diverse client base and coordination with internal teams are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge and experience with financial products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze financial information and present viable solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards
