We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about building relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align customer relationship strategies with business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to drive improvements.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
Having good Communication skills
