Customer Relationship Manager

To achieve business success in the fashion and textile industry, we are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to enhance customer relationships, address customer queries, gather feedback, and maintain our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through prompt responses to inquiries, accurate information provision, and proactive engagement.
  • Address Customer Queries: Respond effectively to customer concerns via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels, ensuring timely resolutions and issue escalation where necessary.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect, analyze, and utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes collaboratively with relevant departments.
  • Customer Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates, closely monitoring customer engagement and proactively addressing potential issues.
  • CRM System Management: Maintain and update customer records accurately in our CRM system, generating reports on customer interactions, feedback, and retention metrics for management review.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, participating in team meetings to share insights and improve overall customer service strategies.
  • Training and Support: Assist in training new team members on CRM processes and customer service best practices, providing support and guidance to customers regarding product usage and services.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM management or customer service roles, preferably in the fashion textile industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to analyze customer data and feedback for strategic insights. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
