A leading FMCG industry is looking for Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team. The role involves driving product sales, developing relationships with retailers/distributors, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proven track record in FMCG sales.Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities within the FMCG market.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.Execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share.Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and availability at outlets.Conduct regular market visits to monitor product performance and resolve customer queries.Manage collections and ensure timely payments from clients.Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotions and brand activations.Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports. ​Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.understanding of FMCG distribution channels and retail dynamics.Self -motivated, proactive, and target -oriented.
