**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets across assigned territories.
- Identify and onboard new clients and distributors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Execute promotional campaigns and activities to boost brand visibility.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or a related industry.
- Strong field sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
