**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive product visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail stores, distributors, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and provide actionable insights.
- Drive in-store promotions, merchandising activities, and ensure product availability.
- Achieve sales targets, generate leads, and close deals through field activities.
- Report daily/weekly fieldwork, store visit findings, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional material and campaign execution.
- Train and support in-store staff on product knowledge and brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or similar industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for store visits and fieldwork.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Knowledge of the Chennai market and local languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis.
