**Work Environment**:
This role requires frequent travel to meet clients, attend events, and visit retailers or distributors. Work will be a combination of direct field-based and visit office when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Experience**: Proven minimum 6 month experience in FMCG sales or related industries (e.g., retail, distribution, consumer goods).

**Education**:Diploma or 3 year FMCG marketing, sales experience.

**Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills. Ability to close deals and manage customer expectations.

**Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of FMCG products, supply chains, and consumer behavior.

**Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Self-Motivation**: Results-oriented with a strong drive for achieving sales goals and objectives.

**Salary & Benefits**:
From 18k to 25k + 5k for PA. Target based with performance-based incentives, and benefits package (health insurance, medical insurance, EPF, ESI etc.).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
