Sales Executive – FMCG (Food Products)

Location : Madurai – North

Experience: 0–1 year

Salary: ₹10,000 + Allowances + Performance Bonus (up to ₹15,000)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our FMCG (Food Products) team in Madurai North.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, good communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell FMCG food products in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product visibility.
  • Identify new market opportunities and report competitor activities.
  • Collect payments and ensure timely delivery coordination.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma / Any Graduate
  • Experience: 0–1 year in FMCG or field sales (freshers welcome)
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel within assigned areas
