Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Collections Manager located in Prayagraj. The Area Collections Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the collections team to achieve targets, handling delinquent accounts, and ensuring timely collection of dues. Daily tasks include calling and visiting customers for collection follow-ups, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate collection records, and reporting to senior management on collection performance. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to streamline the collection process and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in handling delinquent accounts and collections
  • Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of financial services and loan products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in collections or a related field is preferred
