Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients; understand their goals and offer tailored solutions.

  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities; collaborate with sales teams to close deals.

  • Resolve client issues promptly, escalate when needed, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Build rapport with decision‑makers; network at industry events and organize client meetings.

  • Prepare client pitches, proposals, and periodic business reviews.

  • Work with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver value to clients.

  • Achieve targets for client retention, revenue growth, and referrals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
