We are hiring sales managers for Villa sale and interior works. The sales manager is provided with leads of the clients and they have to impress the clients with explaining principles and products of our company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and client acquisition for villa projects and interior design works. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with design, site, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development

  • Generate leads for villa sales and interior design contracts through online, offline, and referral channels.
  • Meet prospective clients, present the project details, and close sales deals.
  • Conduct site visits, explain technical and design features, and negotiate pricing.
  • Prepare and execute customized proposals and quotations for interior projects.
  • Track and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong post-sales communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the design, engineering, and site execution teams for timely delivery and updates.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and modifications in a professional manner.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Suggest new pricing strategies, promotional offers, or service packages.
  • Identify potential market segments such as NRIs, NRKs, and premium buyers.
  • Work with marketing teams to create campaigns, brochures, and online ads.

4. Team Coordination & Reporting

  • Supervise and train sales executives or telemarketing staff (if applicable).
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and lead pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress, conversions, and challenges.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
