About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & CRM Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and converting interactions into meaningful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services effectively.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maximise sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a superior customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Must have a laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection.
