Role & responsibilities

  • Keep our CRM platform clean, organized, and up-to-date.
  • Set up and execute WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns.
  • Build and manage WhatsApp automations:

  • Welcome messages

  • Abandoned cart recovery
  • Order/shipping updates
  • Re-engagement nudges
  • Loyalty/referral flows

  • Segment customers so every message feels personal.

  • Support sales & marketing teams with lead flow, reports, and dashboards.
  • Track results, spot patterns, and share insights.
  • Constantly test and improve automations for better conversion.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Familiar with WhatsApp Business API / automation tools (e.g., WATI, Interakt, Zoko, Twilio).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and campaign reports.
  • Detail-obsessed (duplicate contacts make you twitch).
  • Strong communication skills + problem-solving mindset.
  • Hungry to learn fast and grow with the team.
  • Experience in D2C / e-commerce brand marketing.
  • Built or managed WhatsApp drip campaigns before.
  • Curious about customer lifecycle + retention strategies.
