Requirements : · 3-5 Years of work experience with premium fashion/lifestyle/interior brand or internati onal sales. ● Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentrati on in marketi ng, promoti ons, adverti sing sales, or business administrati on preferred ● Be strategic and analyti cal when fi nding soluti ons to problems to ensure maximum client sati sfacti on ● To facilitate the use of CRM soft ware to improve the eff orts of the sales, customer service, and marketi ng teams ● to allow businesses to bett er manage their customer relati onships and ulti mately drive more success ● conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer sati sfacti on and use the fi ndings to improve on areas of complaint ● maintains an ongoing level of engagement with key customers ● Knowledge of MS Offi ce soft ware and CRM soft ware ● Self-moti vated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results · Key Skills :
