About The Opportunity
A growth-stage firm operating in the Real Estate technology and property services sector, focused on driving conversions and improving customer lifetime value through disciplined CRM operations. We're building a best-in-class sales and customer-success engine to convert leads, shorten sales cycles, and scale repeatable revenue across India. This on-site role is based in India and reports to the Head of Sales/Operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end CRM roadmap for property sales and post-sales journeys: configuration, automation, and continuous improvement to maximise conversions.
- Design and execute lead routing, scoring and nurture workflows to ensure high-quality handoffs between marketing, sales, and operations.
- Manage CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and migration activities; establish processes and SLAs for data quality and auditability.
- Implement and maintain integrations between CRM, lead sources, telephony/IVR, payments and reporting systems using APIs and middleware.
- Build actionable dashboards and KPI reports for pipeline health, lead conversion, sales velocity, and agent performance; present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Train and enable on-site sales and operations teams on CRM usage, best practices, and adoption metrics; drive continuous process adoption.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Demonstrable experience implementing and managing CRM platforms in a high-volume sales environment (real estate experience preferred).
- Hands-on configuration and administration of Zoho CRM, Salesforce CRM or HubSpot CRM.
- Proven experience designing lead management, scoring and routing workflows.
- Experience with CRM integrations using REST APIs or middleware and managing data migrations.
- Strong SQL skills for data validation, queries and reporting.
- Track record of building KPI dashboards and translating CRM data into commercial outcomes.
Preferred
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) for advanced reporting and visualization.
- Familiarity with real-estate inventory/MLS systems and property listing integrations.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms for nurture campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
