Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining company services, and addressing client inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate call records, identifying client needs, and providing solutions. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in communication skills, including strong verbal clarity and interpersonal abilities
  • Customer service and client handling experience
  • Ability to make outbound calls effectively and respond to client inquiries
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is an advantage
