Reporting to: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

>Prepare and track Dispatch Orders (DOs)with lot numbers and generate invoices, money receipts, credit notes, and debit notes by adhering to the company policies and applicable schemes

>Coordinate with the sales team to collect overdue outstanding balances

Scrutinize vendor bills, including advertisements and transportation services, and deduct TDS as per the Income Tax Act.

>Conduct lot-wise stock audits and maintain stock-related books of accounts, including stock ledgers and receipts.

>Perform physical stocktaking and prepare reconciliation stock statements with ERP stock report.

>Book expenses in ERP on a timely basis and plan fund requirements for branch expenses weekly.

>Prepare Sales and Collection Reports, Branch Monthly Activity Reports, Age-wise Outstanding Reports, and Scheme Liability Workings and submit to the Management at a set frequency (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly).

>Build and maintain rapport with the internal stakeholders and external stakeholders – distributors, retailers, logistics service providers, suppliers.

>Facilitate new hire joining formalities including documentation at the branch level and notify new hire onboarding to Corporate H.R
