Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kolkata. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to Matricula's strategic growth. The role involves market research, devising business strategies, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align goals. The candidate will also engage in training, expanding network partnerships, and actively participating in decision-making forums.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Market Research, and Business Strategy Development
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Account Development skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to drive team performance, meet targets, and deliver results
- Self-motivated with a proven track record in business growth and development
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Prior experience in the education sector or relevant fields is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
