**Job Description: B2C Sales Growth Manager

Role Overview**
The B2C Sales Growth Manager at Hala Mobility is responsible for driving end-to-end revenue growth in the consumer rental segment. This role blends sales strategy, customer lifecycle ownership, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless onboarding, high conversion, strong retention, and long-term customer value in Hala's electric vehicle rental business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Sales Growth

Own monthly and quarterly B2C sales targets for EV rentals across all locations.

Build and execute sales campaigns, offers, and funnel strategies to boost conversions.

Identify micro-markets, customer personas, and demand pockets to increase rental penetration.

Track rider churn, reactivation opportunities, and renewal cycles to drive repeat revenue.

  1. Customer Acquisition & Onboarding

Optimize onboarding flow: verification, documentation, trial rides, and deployment.

Reduce onboarding drop-offs using data-backed communication (WhatsApp, calls, in-app nudges).

Work with Marketing to improve lead quality and drive higher lead-to-deployment conversion.

  1. Customer Lifecycle & Retention

Design interventions for the first 7 days of deployment to increase customer stickiness.

Manage renewal follow-ups, feedback loops, and service-ticket closure experience.

Improve retention metrics: churn rate, lifetime value, and rental tenure.

  1. Operations Collaboration

Coordinate with Fleet, Ground Ops, and Service teams to ensure quick turnarounds.

Improve vehicle uptime, swap efficiency, and replacement timelines.

Solve last-mile operational frictions that impact sales or customer satisfaction.

  1. Process Excellence & Automation

Work with Product and Tech teams to automate sales and renewal processes.

Use tools like CercleOS and Gallabox to enhance customer communication workflows.

Implement service-level standards and monitor customer experience metrics.

  1. Data & Reporting

Build daily/weekly dashboards for sales funnel, renewals, cancellations, and recovery risks.

Run root-cause analyses for churn, cancellation, and low-conversion zones.

Present insights to leadership and recommend data-driven actions.

  1. Cross-Functional Leadership

Align with Marketing, Customer Support, Service, Finance, and Recovery for a unified B2C growth strategy.

Lead and mentor executives handling sales calls, renewals, and customer success.

Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in B2C sales, customer lifecycle management, or growth roles.

Strong understanding of mobility, EV rentals, logistics, or subscription-based businesses.

Ability to work with CRM systems (CercleOS, Gallabox, Exotel).

Data-driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and dashboard tools.

Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sales cycles is preferred.
