Role specific skillsets:

• Accounting concepts & Processing
• Experience working in commercial real estate lending industry for Agencyloans (Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD)
• Experience in either underwriting, appraisal, asset management,servicing, portfolio management, financial modelling, securitization
• Knowledge of usingthird party reports, loan documents and analyzing borrower's financialstatement
• Experience of handlinga team of 5+ members
• Handson experience ofclient management, stakeholder management

Working Model:Work-from-office

Shift Timings: Nexdigmoperates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

• Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
• Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timingsdiffer basis the role. The shift timing allocated to you will depend on thescope of work and will be communicated to you during the offer discussion.

• A B. Com/M. Com/MBA / CA Inter degree along with prior exposure of 4 - 6years in General Ledger processes.

• An ability to understand the organization's goals and objectives and linkthem with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeingdelivery and operations.
