Job Category Construction Property Development Project Management About Business Adani Group Adani Group is a diversified organisation in India comprising 10 publicly traded companies It has created a world class logistics and utility infrastructure portfolio that has a pan-India presence Adani Group is headquartered in Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India Over the years Adani Group has positioned itself to be the market leader in its logistics and energy businesses focusing on large scale infrastructure development in India with O M practices benchmarked to global standards With four IG rated businesses it is the only Infrastructure Investment Grade issuer in India Data Centre Adani Data Centre has rapidly transformed from a nascent initiative to a leading innovator in the data infrastructure ecosystem In just a few years we have established ourselves as a key player in the data centre landscape offering state-of-the-art solutions in areas such as colocation services cloud integration and data security Our commitment to reliability scalability and technological excellence has positioned us as a trusted partner for businesses navigating the digital age with confidence Job Purpose Associate Lead - Projects IBMS will oversee and manage Integrated Building Management Systems IBMS projects within the Data Centres industry This role focuses on ensuring compliance with labor regulations implementing IBMS and leading projects involving CCTV Fire Alarm Systems and other key systems Responsibilities Compliance Management Ensure compliance with BOCW CLRA and ISMW regulations for all IBMS projects including maintaining adherence to labor laws and safety standards IBMS Project Management Lead IBMS projects overseeing the implementation of systems such as CCTV and Fire Alarm Systems and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget System Management Manage the operation integration and troubleshooting of IBMS components ensuring effective system performance and adherence to best practices Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities and system configurations Reporting Prepare and present detailed reports on project progress compliance status and system performance to senior management Regulatory Compliance Ensure all IBMS projects adhere to relevant regulatory requirements including conducting regular audits and implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance Digital mindset Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness Internal Stakeholders Lead Projects - IBMS Internal teams Assistant Lead Projects - IBMS Cross Functional Teams External Stakeholders OEMs materials service partners Contractors Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Engineering or relevant field Work Experience 6-10 years of experience in the Data Centres industry Certification Required Professional certification in IBMS or related field
