Position:
Client Management Executive

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotions and updates.
  • Collect client feedback and share actionable improvement insights.
  • Monitor partner performance and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace for daily communication and reporting tasks.
